HORRIBLE Customer Service...Service in general 12/21/2010

I am new to the San Antonio area and needed my roots touched up badly. I decided I would go to Regis being that it was close by and I had previously gone to other locations and had great experiences. The visit started out fine, the stylist was nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She applied the color, rinsed and at that time the manager asked if she could ""steal my stylist for a minute,"" I of course said yes. Well over 30 minutes later and after much screaming and crying (I could see them in the mirrors) my stylist returned. She apologized as did the manager (kind of)....I was obviously irritated but the manager didn't seem to care. I told the stylist I wanted a discount and after some debate, I got one. End of that story. Now 3 weeks later, my roots have completed faded, so I returned to the store. I was extremely nice but my stylist said that there was nothing she could do about it but redo them and charge me the $65 again. I have never had to do my hair every 3 weeks....usually about 8 weeks! I will NEVER return to this store. I have never had such horrible service. It is a shame that they treat customers, people who pay their salaries so crappy. Not to mention that I even tipped her over the 20% on the first visit even though I got crappy service! more
