I went to Wired & Fired because it is close to my house and the hours fit with my schedule.
The staff was pretentious and rude. I was talked to as if I was 5 years old and insane for wanting to paint with more than the allotted 4 colors.
The place was empty when I arrived, but I was warned that I might be made to move to accommodate a large group coming in.
I walked out. The pieces were reasonably priced, but you pay $8/hour to paint (which you don't have to do other places!) and you are limited to your 4 colors.
I won't be back. I drove to All Fired Up on N. Decatur near Emory. The staff was friendly and helpful, the time was free, and the paints were unlimited. Their selection of pottery was far more extensive as well.
I guess wired & fired just doesn't need the business if they can't be nice enough to make it worth paying the extra money to paint there.
