These are my favorite bagels in Seattle. The seeded bagels have generous coatings of the freshest poppy or sesame seeds.\r

The bagels are dense and chewy, and somewhat moist. \r

There is far more here than bagels of course. There are really good Jewish style pastries, cookies, and breads with the emphasis on flavors and high-quality ingredients. There's none of the bland but oversweet junk you get from big chains and the grocery stores.
