Thanks to everyone who recommended NorthStar on this site, I picked them to help with my move yesterday. I've moved houses 3 times in the past 10 years and by far, NorthStar is THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I've ever dealt with! They are incredibly prompt, fast, courteous, neat, professional and CAREFUL. Everything you could ask from a moving company. The foreman they sent to my house is named "Nick" and he was amazing. They also sent 4 other guys and they finished everything so quickly (I moved into a 3,000 sf house and I have 3 kids!) that the price came in UNDER BUDGET! It's hard to find any company, let alone a moving company, that's this good and honest! Another word of advice ... DO NOT go with the cheapest company ... you will be sorry. They always tack on lots of fees to bring their price back up. NorthStar was very upfront about any additional charges (gas charge, etc.) so I knew exactly what I was paying ahead of time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTHSTAR MOVING
