This Place is Great!!! I have stayed in more expensive hotels, I have stayed in larger hotels, but I have never stayed in a better hotel. The Service is incredible. From the great room, to fabulous FREE cooked to order breakfast, how can you do better. My omelets and waffles and pancakes were all to die for. Every evening they have a hospitality bar with complimentary drinks. Eva cleaned my room even on ThanksGiving Day. Analissa was wonderful to my wife and I as well, and then James, Tammy, Clare, and all the others in the restaurant treated us so well. Finally Billy Greene at the front desk, made sure that our room was right and that we got all of our needs met. I love this place and will stay here every time I come to Lubbock. You should too.
Pros: Custom cooked Omelets and waffels and great service
Cons: It is snowing outside.

The fairfield inn is another good place to stay while visiting Lubbock. Equally as clean and still fairly new versus the Towneplace suites, I also recommend this hotel for short stays while in town. The rooms aren't quite as spacious as the Towneplace suites, but they are a little cheaper and still in the good part of town for restaurants and shopping. Check them out sometime.

This is by far the most outstanding travel agency in the area. I like the idea they have multiple locations, and a lot of agents that can help me with my travel needs. I called to get brochures and the young lady that answered the phone was very helpful and had the brochures ready when I arrived! A-Plus service!

We had a storage shed for a year with this company and were VERY pleased!! We had them set up on a monthly credit card draft and it worked so well. Never had any problems. We moved into our new house and got a Thank You letter in the mail with a $25.00 coupon for future storage needs! Excellent place!

What a nice place. This is located across from Texas Tech University and offers a great place to stay. The rooms are decorated so neatly. My favorite is Grandma's Attic. They have a big common area and the kitchen has a big nice bar to sit for meals. It's worth the money!

This is the worst motel I ever stayed at in the US.
First, we were overcharged for the room, which means that we paid what we had been told when we made the reservation over the phone, but were given a cheaper room than the one we had paid for.
Next, we found out that the door didn't lock and were nevertheless refused a different room even though there seemed to be plenty of vacancy. So we had to run the risk of leaving all our possessions behind an unlocked door or not leave the room at all.
When I complained to Choice Hotels, under whom Econolodge ranks, I got rude or no answers all the way through.
The Econolodge name and affiliation with Choice Hotels gives a false sense of security - in reality, the motel managers can do whatever they want, and Choice Hotels couldn't care less.
