My parents had always gone to Dr. Martin with our first dog of 15 years (which had unfortunately died of cancer). As a teenager, I witnessed my parent's dedication to do everything as possible to keep our dog going until the very last day. Dr Martin made our dog's life live out as long as she could by being caring to our loved pet, kind and considerate to my parents at all times through moments of financial hardships. As an adult, I bring my dogs there-I KNOW regardless in the event I have financial issues my dogs will always be taken care of....Who cares if the reception area is kind of small, or parking isn't the size of Costco...Bottom line, if your pet needs you will get it regardless cause you are a responsible owner...C'mon people what are you really complaining about? Get real...Your not paying for a posh office or valet..Also, there's a difference between Veterinarian and office help..They're different people and in the event someone had a bad day and took it out on you..Don't take it personal cause its not about you...It's about your pet..
