I took in a charm bracelet to have 3 charms added. This job should've taken a day or two. I forgot about picking it up and called 11 days after dropping off. I was told my the very rude older man who I assume owns the shop, that it would be ready the following day. 3 days later when I went to pick it up, I was told that he was going to get started on it soon. A total of 14 days and it was never touched.
