After extensive research into many spas, it was obvious that a Hot Springs Spa was the only one with the quality and durability for us. We purchased the Jetsetter model. The folks at East Texas Spa know their product inside and out and took as much time as we needed to make our decision...without ANY pressure! When our spa arrived, the folks from East Texas Spa were neat and professional. They installed the spa exactly as we wanted and then spent close to an hour teaching us how to take care of it. We even got our first set of chemicals for free! The spa comes with a 5 year warranty and that includes parts and labor! When we had a concern over the temperature of the water, East Texas Spa sent out a technician immediately with no questions asked. He spent an hour with us running tests to be sure that the spa was working correctly and then gave us additional instructions. He was polite and said that any time we have a question to be sure to ask...and if service was required during the 5 year period they would be out to look at our spa immediately.\r
