I went to pick up vacaton hold mail and Swe told me that there was none so the carrier must have it on his truck and would be delivering it. I told her that wouldn't be the case as I didn't give a date for resumiong mail and had checked that I would pick it up but she was insistent that there was no mail there. Called later and it was there but they said it was down low and she hadn't bent down far enough to see it. Not much of an excuse and so it was 2 trips to the post office and 2 times waiting in line. Not a very good way to treat customers.
