At approximately 2:45 PM on Wed. 08-05-09, I was driving North on IH-35 toward my home in Round Rock, TX, and was just coming into the South end of Round Rock, when I saw a Yellow Cab (Mini-Van) whipping in and out of traffic, and at one point, was doing approximately 90 miles per hour. He cut in front of a number of vehicles, in effect ?cutting them off.?
