I had my car there to have repairs/paint done on the trunk area. They removed everything from the trunk to do the work. They did not put it back. Any of it. Mostly minor stuff - tools, flashlight, etc. But I also had left an accordion file that had blank checks in it. Ouch! When I called to complain, they said they could not find any of the items.
They did leave my spare tire in the trunk, for which I am grateful.
I will NEVER take any vehicle there again!
