I have had numerous bad experiences with this jeweler. They are dishonest and inconsistent and their repair department has damaged a precious heirloom piece of mine. They would not assume responsibility and actually wanted to charge me for the repair of the damage they had done. The piece is ruined and I will not be able to have it restored.
