I have lived in Living Oaks Apartments for the past six years! I have dealt with Julie Zacharias ever since she has been on this property. I have never had any problems with her or her work! She has been the BEST on site property manager that this property has ever had! She is always friendly, prompt with her work and stays on top of all of the maintance work that I have had done since she has been here. I have never had an on site property manager to do a better job than Julie! She even goes so far as to "baby" some of her residents by keeping their pets in her own apartment or the office bathroom because they are bothering other residents. She has always gone above and beyond what any on site property manager has to do!
And yes, if you are late with your rent you are going to be charged a late fee! If you are going to use your counter top as a chopping block you are going to be charged a resurfacing fee. If you decide to keep a pet/animal in your apartment without paying a pet deposit (or even telling the property!) then you are going to pay a extra fee for cleaning the carpet. Why does sarahmychelle expect Living Oaks or any other apartment complex to waive these fees for her? Is she more "SPECIAL" than any of us?
