I have never been treated as rudely as I was by the vet tech and Dr. McCullers at this clinic. In setting an appt. with them for health certificates and rabies vaccines for my travel to Canada, I was told by the Dr. "WE ARE NOT A TRAVEL AGENCY!" when I asked them if that was all I needed for the trip. The vet tech also said to me "You needed to tell us why you were coming in so that we could be prepared!" And guess what?!?!?!? I had told the front desk, the information didn't make it back to her. After a 5 minute attack by Dr. McCullers on my lack of preparedness for the trip, I asked for my files and left. Headed straight for Ohlandt Vet Clinic on Folly Rd. where I was promptly helped (with a smile), told exactly what I would need for the border crossing and an appt. was set up for the next morning. DO NOT GO TO JAMES IS. VET HOSPITAL if you want to be treated with respect and in a professional manner. Dr. McCullers was clueless and didn't know what pets need for travel. That is HIS j
