Don't go here. I went in to pick up my alterations today and they wouldn't honor my coupon b/c I didn't have it with me the day I dropped off my pants. The lady at the counter was terrible. Their alterations are EXPENSIVE! Go to K&G Superstores! They do great alterations for 60% of the cost of Jack Brown. Also, their wait time is only 2 days instead of the week I had to wait at Jack Brown.
Cons: expensive, long turnaround, bad customer service
