The motor recently went out in our dryer. Initially Capital City appliance was great. They had someone there the next day to look at it to determine the problem. The repairman was very professional. They ordered the part and by the time we scheduled the appointment it was one week later. When he arrived with the motor he found out it was defective. Capital City refuses to admit they did anything wrong. They also are treating us like we are wrong for being upset about the situation. This happened last Friday. Today is Tuesday and I had to call them for an update. When I did they told me it was not their fault and blamed the manufacturer. They also were very rude and basically said I am being unreasonable. All I asked for was some communication and I am treated poorly. Not a very customer service driven company. I would not recommend them to anyone!
