I gave them a few reels of microfilm to develop. They failed to tell me that they don't take credit cards; and were then surprised that I didn't have 200 dollars cash on me. The boss lady wouldn't come out from the back, but delegated an employee to tell me that they would hold the original microfilm until I paid. At a minimum, they should have been willing to give me back my originals, regardless...and they actually tried to lie and say that they had told me they didn't take credit cards. In the dark ages, and ultimately a very unpleasant experience.
Pros: adequate quality
Cons: misrepresentation, unpleasantness from staff
