What I first liked about this company is that they answered the phone. The second reason is because they specialize in managing small apartments as well as bigger apartments. The few companies that I did reach, said they didn't deal with small apartments. I like how they treat you. I have a quadplex and while others said no, so far, I'm being treated like one of the "big boys!" I'm going to renew my contract with them when it expires.
