I had m hair styled and colored - the coloring was free because I was ay first time customer. Geri was recommended and I received one of the poorest hair cut/styles ever with a razor cut and no shaping of my strairght har. The coloring was done so poorly that on the right side of my head the grey was not covered at all from the bottom of my forehead to around my ear about a inch into the hair ~ yikes I don't miss this when I color my own hair at home how can a professinal? I scheduled an appointment with another stylist and he was surprised how much of my hair was not colored. At Uptown my hair was colored first and then trimmed. While it was being trimmed I commented on how much of the hair falling on the cape and floor was so grey and it was just fluffed off. I called an left a message for Geri complaining about the poor coloring ~ I know it was free, but I expected it to be done properly. I never even received a courtesy return phone call, how very unprofessional. No contact saying the color could be corrected./or other services offered. What a disappointment, what a terrible way to run a business a zero for style, skill and customer service. What a waste of $100 - I was stupid enough to give a tip because I had not really brushed my hair myself and looked at it closely in my home mirror.l
