A recent Friday night dinner was very disappointing. When the food (entree, vegetables, potato) was delivered, it came piecemeal, w no apology or explanation. Why a simple baked potato (poor quality) was delivered 5 minutes after the steaks was a mystery. Once the steaks were delivered, the server never returned to check whether we were happy w the cut, the quality, or temperature. In fact, my wife's steak was inedible, largely gristle. Once i flagged the server down, he returned the steak, and this time when it came back it was severely under cooked. He never checked w us the second time either, so he was flagged down again. The third time around the steak was fine, but by then I had long finished my meal and my wife had lost her appetite due to the serial delays. Then, to add insult to injury, we were charged for three steaks-like it was our fault the first steak was shoe leather- but were comped for one, giving the impression that we were taken care of when we were not. A manager had to be brought in to the conversation to adjust the bill. This was a very poor dining experience at an expensive venue. The servers were not attentive, nor accomodating. We will not be back.
