I preface this with a question: Does anyone know what happened to the therapist named Katie that used to work there?? She was brilliant! and I can't find her and WSI will not give me her full name nor her contact information.
Ok. This place is horrible, I really don't understand how people continue to go there because they really treat their patients like crap. After the therapist I had originally seen left (Katie, who was amazing) they didn't even tell me. Some woman called and said yes, you have an appointment with so and so tomorrow. I called back saying what happened to Katie??? She said oh she doesn't work here anymore. So then I ask if they can get me her information because I really liked her and they proceeded to tell me they didn't have time to look up information for me. They really do rob you. Everytime I have called there the secretary has treated me like dirt. I hate this place but I really would love to find Katie if she hasn't moved away.
