they ask for a 100.00 fee upfront but you dont get it back even if you have been with them for a couple of years.all i want to do is transferr service right next door and they said it would cost me another 100.00.that is just ripping people off.
Pros: you can get water though them
Cons: they are gatting rich off the poor
