I had a front windshield replaced on a relatively newish Mercedes. Richardson Autoglass has been in business a long time and are Betr Biz Bur. registered. I had to reschedule twice - once because the windshield hadn't arrived and once because the guy that does Mercedes installs wasn't available. That said, when the time came the installer, Kevin, answered my questions thoroughly and was not evasive. He gave me comfort that the job would be done right. While it hasn't rained yet, the install does appear to have gone perfectly. They worked with my insurance company and it was interesting to note that they increased the price by ~$100 once the insurance company was involved. I would recommend Richardson Autoglass to others though as the quality of the glass and installation appears to be excellent
