When we were in our apartment we had to park on the street. One fo the downfalls was snow plows. One of them broke to drivers side mirror and we needed to get it replaced, so we went to Quality Glass. They told us they could do it right awaya nd to go have a coffee at the local conveneince store. When we got back, the old broken mirror was gone and a new one was in place. The cost was only $10 for the work. EXCELLENT Price.

I went in to get insurance, jacket, pants, helmet, gloves and more after purchasing an 18k bike and was treated with the utmost disrespect from one of the owners! I stood around waiting for help and when I asked for help from someone sitting in an office I was scolded like a child and TOLD TO go back out to the counter and wait until someone could assist me...I was the only customer in the place and will definitely not return for a snowmobile purchase this winter. The owners are known to be rude and feel they have a captured market in Troy NY...what a waste of a business. Please consider doing business elsewhere...These guys need a wake up call!!

I was in the market for a new sportbike and was looking at each of the Japanese 1000cc bikes. After researching a bunch of different bikes I decided on a Kawi Ninja. This shop was routinely around $1000 (at LEAST) LESS on machines than EVERYONE else in the area...seriously. I couldn't believe it. They also stock all four of the major brands in bikes/ATVs (Honda, Kawi, Suzuki, and Yamaha)...and it was awesome to be able to see all the different models in one place. I've heard that the staff is rude, but I had no issues at all. I've also brought the bike back for service and had no problems with them, either. It was a great experience overall...especially considering how much cheaper my bike was! I bought all my gear (boots, jacket, pants, gloves, etc.) with the money I saved...seriously!

I have had a very positive experience with bringing my car to Tire Warehouse. The service is excellent and you can feel confident that the job will be done right! I had 4 new tires put on my car and the service was very quick, I did not have to wait very long at all for the job to be done. Also, they offer a warranty for their tires, which can be repaired for free if there is a puncture or nail in the tire. One of my tires had a nail in it about 6 months after I purchased the tire, and I brought the car in and the tire was repaired quickly and without any problems. Good as new! I highly recommend Tire Warehouse for your tire needs and maintenance.
Pros: Very fast, friendly service. Employees extremely helpful.

Whenever I need something small for my car, I go to Napa Auto Parts. The sales staff will help me find exactly what Ineed, and even check every time to make sure I'm getting the right item for my exact car. If you have any questions, they will happily help you, including at times going out to the car and showing you exactly how to do something like change a fuse, or check fluids, or change lightbulbs, so that you don't have to pay a garage to do those simple things in the future.

They did not have the color i wanted either but promised me that they would be getting one in a few days when their shipments came in. I gave them my number to call when i came in. Well, it turned out they were never getting on to begin with. I was so excited to. oh well.

I got an estimate from Caprara's Auto Body, I did not have any work done there. All I had was a little dent in my driver side rear door of my car. I walked in and was immediately greated by the secretary who took my name and personal information. She told me that someone would be with me shortly to look at my car. I sat there for the better part of half an hour while the guy I was waiting for finished up his phone call. From the sounds of it, it was not a business phone call.
So after waiting the half hour for the guy to finish his phone call, I walk him to my car. I have never had an estimate before, but he breifly glanced at my car and then hastily went back inside to "type up the estimate." So another 20 minutes passes by and he hands me this 7 page estimate for about $900 for a small dent in a Geo. I understand body work is expensive, but damn.
All in all the people there weren't very helpful, but I did receive my estimate so it wasn't a complete loss.
I suggest getting multiple estimates not just one from Caprara's.
