Joubert Phsical Therapy is a great place if you live in the Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Or Hollywood area but one thing that discouraged me was the owner. I had called in to make some appointments and found out that to see the owner was going to cost me $100 extra. So I figured she must be really good. When I went in for my initial evaluation I felt like my needs were not her main concern. She was all over the place and when I had questions she was no where to be found. Also at the end of the visit I felt a little pressured from her into buying pre-paid visits. So when I returned for a follow up visit I found that she had moved me to another therapists schedule. This therapist put alot more attention to my injury and she made me feel alot better about my recovery. The problem with that was first of all the owner did not contact me about the schedule change. That was very unprofessional on her part. Second, I could have saved $100 if I would have just seen the other therapist from the beginning. Thats a whole extra visit. I give this establishment an average rating only for the fact that the owner was very unprofessional towards the needs of not just me but maybe to other patients as well. I recommend that if you do attend this office that you request to see any therapist besides the owner. She seems to have to many things going on at once and I believe her cost is a rip off. You do not recieve the same treatment that you would from any of the other therapist there. All the other staff were really nice and helpful it is just a shame to see that the owner is the one who ruins that place.
