We have not done business with them YET---but we will. We had them come to give us an estimate for installing a fireplace in our basement rec room. While here, the gentleman told us how he would do it and how much it would cost. He asked if he could look at our furnace. \r

He said he would be happy to install the fireplace for us but that we really needed to replace our gas furnace more. So, while he lost that sale, he gained much respect and I tell everyone I can that this is the kind of people one should seek out to do business with. When we do want to install a fireplace, we will not go anywhere else!
