I would have to agree with the gym comment. For a complex this size you would think that there would be more eqp well as working eqp. Parking Is a Issue, as well as the gates never working properly. Driving In to the entrance of this complex the balcony views are horrible beds and garabage out side. People smoke upstairs and throw all there butts down stairs. And animal control really does need to be called. The way they light these aparts are unbareable the bed room feels like a cheap hotel. The apartment was not even freshly painted when we moved in. Not to mention my request to repair list still had not been met. The only views I see is the lawn guys weekly cutting nothing but bare grounds. The lack of grass and flowers make it feel very uncared for. The pool has been out of order and dont forget all the land scap around there pool where the teens hide there beer bottles and ciggeretts. There are child left unattend I wittness that my self its not enjoyable to be at a pool where a 11 yr old is spitting next to and diving off the waterfalls its annoying and very uncomfortable to relax. They think a Cookie is gonna fix everything we are not children...
Pros: reasonable priced
Cons: I guess you really do get what you pay for.
