The workers who actually did the on site service were wonderful however I know for a fact that the supervisor and the installer who came to our home are no longer with Central. I was so impressed with their work that I purchased the year-round service plan. The company never followed through for the spring clean and check call (which was already paid for in advance). They then called (after the contract had expired) to ask if we were interested in a maintenance call since we were such valued customers....yeah right!!
