I placed an order in April 2008. It's now August and my order has been "lost" even though I've placed it now three times, and every time they say they will call me back to confirm, I never receive a phone call.
I put the year because I'm not sure just when I'll get to see my video clips...
I wouldn't recommend this to my favorite enemy.
