I took my car in to be serviced and have the transmission fluid changed. When I got the car back, the transmission was slipping badly when changing gears (which it wasn?t doing before their changing the fluid). When I told them about it, they rudely acted like it was my fault for asking them to do the job. No recourse or refund was offered and I eventually had to sell the car for almost nothing. Avoid American Tire in Brentwood.
