Circuit works is amazing! It is the best workout you will get anywhere in los angeles and your body will thank you. It is very fast-paced, fun, high energy class with great music. The classes are small enough that you feel a part of the ""circuit works family"" and you get attention from the trainers, but they are big enough not break your budget. I used circuit works nutrition and workout program and lost 40 lbs in 4 months!!!!!!
