Dear Reader, I have been to Cheesecake Creations a number of times for dessert and I have to be honest and say that their cheesecake is pretty average. Aside from food quality, the customer service and integrity of their employees and business standards are in a single word, LACKING! I recently planned to have them do a wedding cake for me and all was well. The cake was going to be beautiful and the price was too good to be true! I had a hunch that it was not going to work out and I was sure RIGHT! They called me a couple of months after making my reservation to tell me that they could no longer fill my order as they had lost a staff member (which they stated is now on unemployment... YOU DON'T TELL PEOPLE THAT!). They were sure that they would not be able to find someone to decorate my cake by the date of my wedding (still 3.5 months away). What's the deal? When they called, they talked to me as if I were a child using words like ""honey"" and ""sweetie."" PLEASE! I am an ADULT! Anyways, on top of this, they could not even refer me to some other bakery that might be able to help me out. The lady called with no intention of helping, no sympathy, and no knowledge of who her competition is! Good business people know how to refer clients whom they have let down. Long story short, I have a wedding coming up and no cake.
Pros: Good cheesecake.
Cons: Poor service.
