I've lived here for about a year. The apartments and grounds are both really nice. It's pretty expensive, I pay $1165 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, plus utilities, but so far I've had very few complaints. We are having a bit of trouble with our dryer... it doesn't exactly dry things very well, but the maintenance has tried to fix it. They allow cats and dogs, for a fee. The staff is very friendly, and will work with you if you have problems with your move in day or whatever. Rent is due on the 1st, and you pay a month ahead. There is a bit of noise from the streets if your window is open, but nothing too bad. Most of the neighbors keep to themselves, but wave and are friendly when they see you. The gym and pool facilities are nice and kept clean, although the gym equipment could be updated.
