My beautiful Golden Retriever died of cancer. We tried everything to keep her alive that was in her best interest but that wasn't enough. We had spent thousands of dollars on tests and Chemo treatments and medication but when the seizures came everyday several times a day we knew there was nothing more we could do. God had another plan for her with him. Under the direction of one of the greatest set of vets at Clay County Human Society, we had her put to sleep there agt there office. As anyone who ever has had animals, they are your family and should be treated as such. This was and is my first love that I have ever had to watch die slowly of such a terrible disease. Well, when I called to speak to this Pet Crematory the owner Jim spoke with me and was very crass and I felt so unkind and I just asked him how the process worked and when I would receive our beautiful girl back and how would we know it was her and where could I locate some reviews about their company so that I may have some peace that I was in fact doing the right thing and that I had left her in the right hands. Jim was extremely rude and as I said very crass and so about himself. I did not accuse him of anything, I just asked him those questions and he stated to me that those were not normal questions. He told me that I was lucky that Clay County wasn't using the South Miami companies they had used before his company, which took them weeks to get back the cremanes and theirs didn't (I am just getting her back tomorrow and it has been several weeks,so that was a lie on his part!) Also, that they were taken away from these Miami companies in semi trucks and burned up in some container down there and then brought back and his guys were professionally dressed, maybe so, I don't know because I had not seen the men that came to pick up our baby and hoped not to as I had a hard time leaving her lay there to wait for the vet to pick her up off me to get her in the back for these ""men"" Not Nice!
Pros: Nothing good about them or their company
Cons: Seriously, nothing. I still am not sure I got ""my baby back""
