I've been shopping around and finally found this great Pilates studio. I feel very ""taken care of"" by the staff who really know their stuff. They've been careful to give me a Pilates routine that helps my lower back and, at the same time, gives me a great workout. I've really started to tone up thanks to them. Its a friendly studio with no attitude so I felt comfortable right from the start. Their prices are reasonable and they have parking too. I highly recommend it. I'm sure you'll have a great experience. They really care!
