I love Hepburns! I shop there quite often for premires/events and I have nothing but positive feedback. .The girls there are so helpful and sweet, especially Faben. She always goes the extra mile as far as locating a dress for me if it's not available in my size or helping me find what I'm looking for. I also love that it's located in a mall so parking is a relative breeze and I love how the store is shaped like a giant walk in closet.My only complaint is that the store is a bit small and can get extremely crowded from time to time but other than that I am a lifelong fan.
Pros: Friendly staff as well as lovely ambience. Love that they carry Nicole Miller and Dina Barrel.
Cons: No returns. Exchange only within a week. Sometimes they only carry a particular dress in a certain size.
