I bought a used DDR memory card only to get home and realize they had given me the wrong type. When I returned to the store to exchange the item, they did not have one in stock new or used. I asked for a refund and was told of a 20% ""restocking fee"". I complained stating that I had been sold the wrong item - how was it fair to charge me for their mistake? They would not concede at all. The boy behind the counter was smug and seemed indifferent to my dissatisfaction. I will not go back there. As it goes, I was able to buy a brand new memory card with twice the space for less at Office Depot.
