I had my car towed in a snow storm, was told they would take my car to there locked facility, because the roads were closed. They kept my car for three days, when they did return my car, the face plate on my stereo was missing, replaced by one that was broken, made a report to the Jay, the manager. he told me he left my car sitting beside the car wash, not behind there locked fence. Called for a week to find out what they were going to do, not one return call, was told he was out several times, either at lunch, on another call or out of town. Fact is they did not protect my property and are now avoiding me, I will never use there services again.
Pros: did get my car out of the snow
Cons: didn't protect my property
