Well, we are new to the area, and enjoy the idea of chinese delivery. The food was ok the first couple of times, but on the third time we ordered, My chicken was either old as dirt, or overcooked as could be. At almost 10 dollars an order i expect at least edible chicken. So we called, and the man on the phone refused to grant a refund on this horrible order! I was very nice about the situation, and the man on the phone started threatening to ban us from ordering! With other competition in the area I expect to at least get what I paid for. Buyer beware! You are taking a gamble with the delivery of Joy Luck. Sorry guys, but this service really caught me off guard.
