I love O'Connor's. I go there often and I was surprised to read some of the reviewers who hate the staff. I LOVE the staff! It is true that on occasion the place has seemed a little under-manned, but the wait-people has always been great every time I have been there. I will agree that there seems to be a problem there with who will answer the phone.. sometimes I have been there and the phone rings on and on and no one answers it. That is a little disconcerting but quite honestly I have gotten used to it. This place sure isn't Olive Garden..it is quirky and I for one love the non-homogenized atmosphere. The food is always dependably good and interesting. I'd give it five stars, but there is that ringing phone.
