I came fully expecting to receive impeccable service, and excellent food especially in the setting of a ""semi-private"" club. What we got was the opposite. In the location that the Tavern occupies, I can not believe they have such (what seems obvious) inexperienced waitstaff. The hostess looked mean, unwelcoming, the manager walked around like a mobster, more befitting in a north end joint with ""connections"". The food nothing worth writing home about, although the presentation nice. Not impressed. Got better things to do and better places to go with my time.
