JJ bakery is an excellent bakery. Everything is fresh there and cakes are very good. The bakery has excellent services to people. Breads are very fresh from the oven and cakes are fresh from the counter. Prices are not expensive and also they serves lunch too. I love it.

This little bakery is located in the plaza with 99 Ranch. Like any Chinese bakery, this one has all the yummy pastries, cakes, rolls, etc. that you can purchase for a relatively good price. I don't speak Chinese and while the workers there didn't speak great English, we were able to communicate perfectly and I was able to purchase my bread. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I stumpled across this place when looking for another cafe in Triangle Square in Costa Mesa. My friend and I didn't have coffee there that night but I went in another day for lunch. I got a turkey sandwich and it was HUGE and so delicious. Several people who walked in and saw my sandwich ordered the same thing. I also got their oreo and mint chocolate chip frappe. It tasted more like a milkshake but it was to die for! It's made with powder so I didn't have high expectations but there are chunks of chocolate in it. They also have a wide selection of fudge.

Tucked away in the back of the Jamboree Promenade, sandwiched between Curves and The Tanning Spa, is Caffe Latteria: a little coffee house that is frequented mostly by the local office workers. Just look for the huge green sign that says: "Coffee".
Caffe Latteria offers a wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks with cheaper prices than Starbucks. They have a number of flavored syrups and the employees are always more than happy to customize a drink as per your tastes.
They also serves smoothies containing the acai berry, which has been described as having a taste reminiscent of blueberries and chocolate. Loaded with antioxidants, the acai berry is all the rage in Brazil and is quickly gaining popularity in the United States.
Although business usually seems to be slow here, if you arrive during a rush, be prepared to wait: at most, there are only two people on staff here at any given time, and although they are pretty speedy, they can become overwelmed at times.
And they aren't open all day; during the week, they close at 6pm.
