David was the right man for the job...period! I knew nothing at all about what I was doing and he took his time to make sure that I not only heard but understood the whole process. He fit me in for an appointment on short notice, he explained everything in laymans terms, he was friendly, personable and trusworthy. This is a great credit union! They are geared towards educators and those being educated. They offer great loans and automobile deals as well as everyday benefits. I have never be fined for overdrawing my account because they offer great overdraft protection. If you are a college student not associated with any teachers, do get an account here. You will not find service and deals like this at any national bank chain, anywhere! I love this credit union!

As I enter the United Commercial Bank at Irvine, their tellers would always give me a big smile and a warm welcome. The tellers are very professional, they would handle all my needs instantly!!! I really like the location of this branch too. It's located in a big plaza close by the FWY 5. It' is pretty easy to find a parking space around that plaza too. Oh, also the bank has an ATM machine so it would be really convenience for picking some money up.

I wasn't very thrilled with my auto insurance premium through Liberty Mutual, and I'd heard great things about State Farm. So I looked up an office nearby in Irvine, and I got a huge reduction over my other premium, because of the way they handle motorcycle coverage there.
I made a couple stops by their office in the process as well, and these guys were so friendly that I couldn't have felt more comfortable and happy that I'd come across their office.

After banking with E-Trade bank for several years, I decided to give their mortgage arm a try. E-Trade Financial was great to work with, despite the warnings I heard from people about the "big, impersonal, out-of-state banks." E-Trade Financial rescued me from a loan disaster with a local mortgage broker and I was able to close my loan on time despite only calling them and starting the process 14 days before closing. I'm sure it depends to some extent on the specific people you work with, but the loan consultant I worked with (Jerry Liao) was great, as was the loan processor.
