The clinic was recentley moved and remodeled so it was nice. The service is below average. The lady at the front desk ignored me for about ten minutes while helping others. I had to make my way up front and tell her who i was. While in the waiting room a dog peed on the floor and the puddle was left there for about 15 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 in the morning and I wasnt even seen by the veterinarian until 11:45. I was taken into the the exam room and then told the doctor would be in shortly. I sat there for what seemed like forever. I would have to say that while most of the staff in the back (the nurses) are kind and prompt, one of the girls was rude and ill-tempered. She rushed into the exam room, would not make eye contact with me while she was talking to me and was kind of rough with my pet. Which I do not apperciate. I will more than likely not be returning to this clinic which is extremely unforunate because it is located near me.
Pros: location, parking, new clinic
Cons: prices are too high, front office staff is rude and unorganized, dirty lobby, nurses dont seem to care about your needs, long waiting time for appointments
