I just got off the phone with Ursula, and she was rude to me. She actually hung up the phone on me. I told her i was interested in a 1 bedroom, and wanted to know what were the credit requirements. She said, ""What do you mean what are the credit requirements, i'm looking for good credit. You know what now is not a good time, call me back tomorrow evening if you still want an apartment"" and before i could say anything she hung up on me. I was very polite and could see no reason for her rudeness or unprofessionalism. Ursula, that's really bad business.
