My son has waited for an xbox360 since they came out. we managed to get one from this store thru lay away plan.He opened it Christmas and was so excited he finally got it,well now we look like jerks because it does not work,never did.His dad took it up there,arrived with it IN HAND at 6:03.They were locking the doors,could see it was a return and refused to open the doors to even hear what he had to say.My son has yet to play with his Christmas gift and has been crying since,so have I.I feel awful and find their attitude appalling.That gift meant the world to our son as well as us.we are not rich and were proud we managed to get it for him.so much for 30 day guarantee huh?They seen it in the box in his hand and refused to open the door,though they were JUST locking it.Will be trying again Monday to exchange it,will edit this review if satisfied.Our money was returned finally today.
