These guys are running quite a racket. While the set up is great for kids - toys, tvs, etc - the ""stylists/barbers"" have next to no ability to cut hair. First, they do not listen when you tell them how you want it cut, and second, they are not that good at cutting it in whatever style it is they are trying to cut it in. It has been both uneven and inconsistent with the instructions on we wanted it cut. Put it this way, we've gotten better cuts for both of our kids (at a fraction of the price) at the usual ""chain"" places.
Pros: Fun place for kids to play
Cons: Below average haircuts, especially for the $.
