The customer service is horrible! I just moved here and I am so upset by the way I was treated. I hope there is another water company I can try. I didn't recieve a water bill for October, but when I called to see why I didn't and to try to pay it so it wouldn't be late, the representative had the nerve to tell me that it was already late. She was very ugly with it too! Sometimes I wonder where are the Supervisors and Managers of these companies and if they are aware of how the treat their paying customers. These representatives are not being recorded and therefore don't care how they speak to customers. Something needs to be done about this.
Pros: turned on service easily
Cons: late or no monthly bills and poor customer service
