This group of doctors is the very worst in the Clear Lake area. Since Dr. Lane left, it's been going downhill further and further. The front office staff is so unprofessional; they are rude, indifferent, incompetent. There is always a long wait to see whatever doctor you can see. My last primary doctor left the practice without notice from anyone to his patients. I called for an appointment to see him and was told he was gone. I called my insurance company today and got my primary doctor changed to another group here in Clear Lake that has come highly recommended. Good riddance to this bunch!
