The customer service was very good. If your looking for one on one help this is the place to go to. When I first went to Fat Fender I was sort of nervous because I did not know everything about truck parts and I didn't want to be underminded and taken advantage of. And end up having to pay an arm and a leg for just a side mirror. When I went in the shop was very comfortable and very open with it's displays. I was able to find everything I wanted all in the show room. When I was helped I was given the step by step instructions on how to install and put on the parts I bought. The only thing was that the shop did not have everything in stock you have to order it. But that was okay because I really didn't need the parts that fast. If you really want help,looking for friendly service, and someone who has great expierence with trucks, this is the place to go.
